Monday 4 March 2024: The North Dakota Presidential Preference Caucus. Hours 5:00p-8:00p CST / 4:00p-7:00p MST (2300-0200 UTC). Three party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the North Dakota's Republican Party, attend the convention by virtue of their position as bound delegates. Delegates are bound for the 1st ballot. |
