Participants must be registered to vote as Democrats and may register on the date of the caucus. Circa May 2024 (date not set): Guam Caucus. Delegate Pledging: Proportional Caucus/Convention. Voter Eligibility: Closed Caucus/Convention.
The caucus meets to choose 6 of Guam's 12 delegates to the Democratic National Convention (representing 6 of Guam's 12 delegate votes at the National Convention). Guam's caucus is conducted like a party-run primary where voters cast secret ballots in their respective precincts.
