The delegate selection processes herein, along with any and all dates and delegate counts associated therewith, are unofficial and based on either (1) information obtained from either Major Party, (2) Presidential Primary dates established by currently-effective State statute, or- where the foregoing information could not be obtained- (3) the state's 2020 delegate selection process and associated dates adjusted to the corresponding dates in 2024 and labeled "(presumably)" or "Circa".

28 July 2023: DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee Meeting Committee Meeting found this plan in conditional compliance.
"If ... a political party has only one presidential candidate, neither the name of the candidate nor the names of the candidate's delegates shall be printed on the ballot." [Florida Statute 103.101, paragraph 4]
Participation in Florida's delegate selection process is open to registered Democrats.
Tuesday 19 March 2024: Florida Primary. Hours reportedly 7:00a-7:00p EDT (1100-2300 UTC) / 7:00a-7:00p CDT (1200-0000 UTC). Relatively small portions of this state are in CT and so the vast majority of the polls are closed by the time indicated ET. Delegate Pledging: Proportional Primary. Voter Eligibility: Closed Primary.
224 of 250 delegates to the Democratic National Convention are pledged to presidential contenders based on the results of today's Presidential Primary. A mandatory 15 percent threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be pledged National Convention delegates at either the congressional district or statewide level. Saturday 20 April 2024: Post primary Congressional District Caucuses meet to elect National Convention Congressional District delegates according to the results of the primary.
Saturday 1 June 2024: State Convention.
National Convention Pledged PLEO and At-Large delegates are elected by a quorum of National Convention District Level delegates according to the results of the primary.
