In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Montana's Republican Party, will attend the convention as unpledged delegates by virtue of their position. There will be no vote for a Presidential candidate, hence there is no binding. Binding of delegates ... to the Republican National Convention. This Presidential Primary coincides with a state/local primary. These coinciding primaries tend to have an impact upon voter turnout. There is no party registration in Montana. Individuals who vote in a primary election are given all the parties' ballots, and can choose in private which party ballot they wish to vote. Tuesday 4 June 2024: Montana Non Binding Advisory Primary. Hours reportedly 7:00a-8:00p MDT (1300-0200 UTC).
