Each political party must notify the Secretary of State in writing on or before 16 January 2024, as to who may vote in the party’s primary election. Any qualified Kansas voter who has registered with the Kansas Secretary of State as a Democratic is qualified to vote in the Primary. Tuesday 19 March 2024: Kansas Primary.
