Participants must be registered to vote as Democrats and may register on the date of the caucus. Saturday 8 June 2024: Guam Caucus. Hours 8:00a-2:00p ChST (2200-0400 UTC). Delegate Pledging: Proportional Caucus/Convention. Voter Eligibility: Closed Caucus/Convention.
The caucus meets to choose 7 of Guam's 12 delegates to the Democratic National Convention (representing 7 of Guam's 12 delegate votes at the National Convention). Guam's caucus is conducted like a party-run primary where voters cast secret ballots in at a central location.
