Delegation Selection Plan Indiana Democratic Party.

16 June 2023: DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee Meeting found this plan in conditional compliance. Due to the May primary, the state qualifies for a 20% bonus which is 12 additional delegates.
28 July 2023: The Rules and Bylaws Committee approves a waiver to conduct the State Convention on 13 July 2023 due to venue availability (original date was 1 June 2023).

This Presidential Primary coincides with a state/local primary. These coinciding primaries tend to have an impact upon voter turnout.

Participation in Indiana's delegate selection process is open to all voters who wish to participate as Democrats. Voters wishing to declare their Democratic Party preference at the polls must ask for a Democratic ballot and sign a document establishing their new party preference.
