Nebraska has voter registration by party and provides that a political party may allow registered voters who are not affiliated with a political party to vote in their primary election. 29 of 33 delegates to the Democratic National Convention are pledged to presidential contenders based on the results of the Primary. A mandatory 15 percent threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be allocated National Convention delegates. How the Democratic Proportional Delegate Allocation Math works.

  • 20 district delegates are to be allocated proportionally to presidential contenders based on the preferences expressed Primary in each of the State's 3 congressional districts.
  • 9 delegates are to be allocated to presidential contenders based the support for the presidential contenders in the Primary as a whole.
    • 6 at-large National Convention delegates
    • 3 Pledged PLEOs

We could not get same results in CD 2 as the party. If 70 votes for Sanders when to Biden in CD 2 the delegate numbers Biden agree.
Addition source: Sarpy County Elections - Sarpy is split between CD 1 and 2.
Dixon County is split between CD 1 and CD 3 and is estimated.
