2020 Presidential Primaries, Caucuses, and Conventions
The delegate selection processes herein, along with any and all dates and delegate counts associated therewith, are unofficial and based on either (1) information obtained from either Major Party, (2) Presidential Primary dates established by currently-effective State statute, or- where the foregoing information could not be obtained- (3) the state's 2016 delegate selection process and associated dates adjusted to the corresponding dates in 2020.

Participation in the caucus is limited to persons who are official CNMI Republican party members.
Tuesday 17 March 2020 (presumably): Northern Marianas Commonwealth Convention. Hours reportedly 6:30p-8:00p ChST (0830-1000 UTC). Delegate Binding: Winner-Take-All Caucus/Convention. Voter Eligibility: Closed Caucus/Convention.
Tuesday 17 March 2020 (presumably): All 9 of Northern Marianas' delegates to the Republican National Convention are chosen in today's Commonwealth Republican Caucus.
Delegates are bound for the first ballot at the Republican National Convention. Should the candidate withdraw his or her candidacy prior to the Republican National Convention, all delegates will convene and determine as a group which candidate to support as a group on the first ballot. On all ballots after, delegates will be free to vote as individuals.
Primary dates marked "presumably" and polling times marked "reportedly" are based on unofficial or estimated data (especially as regards local variations from a jurisdictionwide statutory and/or regulatory standard) and are, thereby, subject to change.
