2020 Presidential Primaries, Caucuses, and Conventions
The delegate selection processes herein, along with any and all dates associated therewith, are unofficial and based on either (1) information obtained from either Major Party, (2) Presidential Primary dates established by currently-effective State statute, or- where the foregoing information could not be obtained- (3) the state's 2016 delegate selection process and associated dates adjusted to the corresponding dates in 2020.
Presidential Nominating Process
Precinct Meetings: Tuesday 11 February 2020 (presumably)
Primary: Tuesday 3 March 2020 (presumably)
County Conventions: Saturday 14 March 2020 (presumably)
District Conventions: Saturday 18 April 2020 (presumably)
State Convention: Friday 8 May - Saturday 9 May 2020 (presumably)
42 total delegates - 10 base at-large / 15 re: 5 congressional districts / 3 party / 14 bonus

Tuesday 11 February 2020 (presumably): Precinct Meetings. The Precinct Meetings elect delegates to the County Conventions.
Tuesday 3 March 2020 (presumably): All 42 of Oklahoma's delegates to the Republican National Convention are allocated to presidential contenders in today's Oklahoma Presidential Primary. [Rule 18(h)]
In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Oklahoma's Republican Party, will attend the convention as pledged delegates by virtue of their position.
Delegates are bound until released. "Each delegate ... to the national convention ... shall cast their vote on all ballots for the candidate ... If that candidate is ... no longer a candidate, the votes ... shall be cast for any candidate of their choice." [Oklahoma Statutes §26-20-104 G.]
No later than Saturday 14 March 2020 (presumably): County Conventions. The County Conventions elect delegates to the District and State Conventions.
No later than Saturday 18 April 2020 (presumably): District Conventions Convention. The District Convention meet to elect National Convention district delegates according to the results of the primary.
CD 1: TBD.
Friday 8 May - Saturday 9 May 2020 (presumably): State Convention. The State Convention meets to elect 25 at-large National Convention delegates.
