All newly-elected/re-elected Senators who will serve in the 108th Congress appear under 'Class 2'. Senator TALENT (Missouri) was elected to an unexpired term and appears under 'Class 1'. Senators appearing in the 'Class 2' column were elected in 2002 to the full six-year term beginning at Noon, 3 January 2003.
