Duly Appointed Electors

TABULATION JOINT SESSION OF CONGRESS

The 2020 Electoral Votes (those formally cast by Presidential Electors back on 14 December 2020: these Electors having been "appointed via the results of the Presidential Election in each of the 50 States plus the District of Columbia back on 3 November 2020) are counted and tabulated before a Joint Session of both houses of Congress, presided over by the constitutional President of the Senate (Vice President Mike Pence), after which it is officially declared who has been elected President and Vice President of the United States of America. There were 538 total Electoral Votes (1 per each U.S. Senator and Representative in Congress to which each State is entitled, plus 3 for D.C.)- thus, there were 538 duly appointed Presidential Electors re: 2020.

Vice President Mike Pence gaveled the Tabulation Joint Session of the U.S. Congress to order on Wednesday 6 January 2021 at 1:05 PM EST (1805 GMT)

Objections were raised by Representatives in Congress to the counting and tabulating of the Electoral Vote from the States of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin; but, as no United States Senator had joined in these objections in writing to all but those regarding Arizona and Pennsylvania, the Chair ruled each and every objection regarding Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin out of order. Therefore:

At 1:14 PM EST (1814 GMT) the Joint Session recessed, so that the Senators could withdraw and both houses of Congress could thereafter debate and vote on the objection to the counting of the Electoral Vote from ARIZONA [it was this debate and discussion that was interrupted- at 2:14 PM EST (1914 GMT) as regarded the Senate, and 2:19 PM EST (1819 GMT) as regarded the House of Representatives- by what was declared, by local law enforcement, to have been a Riot in and around the US Capitol building; once the building was cleared, the Senate resumed debate shortly after 8 o'clock PM EST (0100 GMT), with the House resuming debate shortly after 9 o'clock PM EST (0200 GMT)]. The Senate voted to reject this objection by vote of 93 to 6; while the House of Representatives voted to reject this objection by vote of 303 to 121-- and the Joint Session resumed at 11:39 PM EST (0414 GMT), the counting and tabulation of the Electoral Vote by State in alphabetical order thereafter proceeding.

At 12:15 PM EST (0515 GMT) the Joint Session recessed, so that the Senators could withdraw and both houses of Congress could thereafter debate and vote on the objection to the counting of the Electoral Vote from PENNSYLVANIA. The Senate voted to reject this objection by vote of 92 to 7; while the House of Representatives voted to reject this objection by vote of 282 to 138-- and the Joint Session resumed at 3:25 AM EST (0825 GMT), the counting and tabulation of the Electoral Vote by State in alphabetical order thereafter proceeding.

The Certificates of the Electoral Vote from all 51 jurisdictions, therefore, seemed "to be regular in form and authentic" and the total Electoral Vote as "ascertained and delivered to the President of the Senate" by the four Tellers- two from each house of Congress, one from each side of the aisle:

from the UNITED STATES SENATE:

from the U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:

was determined to be as follows:

270 Electoral Votes (a Majority of same) necessary to elect

ELECTORAL VOTE for President of the United States:

ELECTORAL VOTE for Vice President of the United States:

Therefore, it was officially declared that

for four-year terms beginning at Noon EST (1700 GMT), Wednesday 20 January 2021.

After his announcement of the final, certified Electoral Vote for President and Vice President had been made, Vice President Pence dissolved the Tabulation Joint Session at 3:44 A.M. EST (0844 GMT) on Thursday 7 January 2021.

The Senate voted to reject the Arizona objection by vote of 93 to 6. The Georgia Class 2 Seat is vacant pending the results of the 3 January runoff election.

The House of Representatives voted to reject the Arizona objection by vote of 303 to 121 with 7 not voting. Valadao (R-21) and Florida Member of Congress Maria Elvira Salazar (Republican-27) had not been sworn in.

Louisiana district 5 is vacant due to the passing of Member of Congress-elect Luke Joshua Letlow (Republican), New York district 22 is vacant pending the results of the 3 November 2020 election; California Member of Congress David G.
