Due to the nature of ballot access laws and rules in a given jurisdiction and/or the manner in which non-Major Party candidates might find themselves listed on a given ballot, it is possible that a race herein listed below as 'Uncontested' may, in fact, not be: therefore, although 'The Green Papers' has made every reasonable effort to determine if the sole candidate noted re: any election contest this site herein lists as being uncontested is, indeed, the only candidate running for that office, such information should not be taken as necessarily being definitive; nevertheless, those election contests which appear on this listing are those which the Staff of TheGreenPapers.com has deemed to be most accurately described as being uncontested in the General Election.
