Saturday 21 February 2004: A Territorial Caucus convenes as a Convention to choose 6 delegates to the Republican National Convention.

  • "The delegates from Guam are chosen in such a way so that they best reflect the presidential preference of the Caucus/Convention participants."

In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Guam's Republican Party, will attend the convention as unpledged delegates by virtue of their position.


The Convention is tentatively set to be held in the Dededo Village Community Center in Northern Guam. A total of 510 delegates are expected to attend.
