    (NOTE: The case of UTAH v. EVANS, was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday 20 June 2002 [see Utah 2000 Census Challenge]: as a result of this decision, UTAH will not be granted a 4th seat in the U.S. House of Representatives [at the expense of NORTH CAROLINA].)
