Reports state that George Bush has won Guam's 4 delegates. Fred Castro, the national committeeman-elect, said there was a motion to split the delegates between Bush and McCain. The motion to support Bush exclusively prevailed.

Saturday 26 February 2000: A Territorial Caucus convenes as a Convention to choose all of Guam's 4 delegates to the Republican National Convention.

  • "The delegates from Guam are chosen in such a way so that they best reflect the presidential preference of the Caucus/Convention participants."
