Guam Democratic Territorial Convention

The Territorial Convention meets to choose 6 of Guam's 11 delegates to the
Democratic National Convention. Each of these 6 delegates will cast 1/2 of a
vote at the National Convention.

Guam's remaining 2 National Convention delegate votes are case by 5 unpledged
PLEO delegates: 1 vote is cast by the non-voting Delegate to the U.S. House of
Representatives and the other delegate vote is cast by Guam's 4 Democratic
National Committee members (each DNC member casts 1/4 of a vote).
