Democrats Abroad Democratic Global Convention (9 delegate votes)

The Saturday 27 March 2004 Regional Caucuses are followed by the
Sunday 28 March 2004 Global Convention. On these two days 9 regional,
3 at-large, and 2 pledged PLEO delegates to the National Convention are
elected according to the preferences of the participants. Each of these
delegates will cast 1/2 of a vote at the National Convention.

8 Democratic National Committee members are automatically certified
as "unpledged PLEO delegates" and will each cast 1/4 of a vote at the National
Convention.

North Dakota Republican State Convention (23 delegates)

23 delegates will be chosen by the State Convention. Delegates are
proportionally allocated to the presidential contenders based on the results
of the caucus. In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the
National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the North Dakota's Republican
Party, will attend the convention as pledged delegates by virtue of their
position.
