Saturday 14 April 2012: First tier. 12 of Wyoming's 22 delegates to the National Convention are pledged in today's County Caucuses.

Democratic Party Country Caucuses (also known as "County Conventions") meet in each county. The County Caucuses choose delegates to the Wyoming State Democratic Convention. Such delegates to the State Convention are allocated to presidential contenders in proportion to the percentage of the support each candidate received at the County Caucus.

  • The 12 District Delegates to the Democratic National Convention are pledged to presidential contenders in proportion to the support each candidate receives at the Country Caucuses. A mandatory 15 percent threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be allocated National Convention delegates at the congressional district level. Wyoming has only a single Congressional District.
