State Republican Executive Committee of West Virginia

Be it resolved,

That the State Republican Executive Committee of West Virginia adopts the following allocation plan for its 27 delegates and alternates to the 2004 National Republican Convention:

1. Delegates shall be elected by voters in the Republican Primary to be held in May 2004.

2. Delegate-candidates shall run in the West Virginia Congressional District of their residence or at-large, but not both.

3. Three delegates shall be elected from each Congressional District and eighteen delegates shall be elected at-large.

4. Each delegate so elected shall be entitled to appoint his or her alternate delegate.

Be it further resolved:

That the Chairman and Secretary of the State Republican Executive Committee of West Virginia shall be directed to communicate this action to the Secretary of State of West Virginia and the Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

Adopted this 23^rd day on August 2003 in the City of Charleston at a meeting of the State Republican Executive Committee of West Virginia at which a quorum was present.
